Dear John,
I haven’t seen you for weeks and I miss you very much.
I was very happy last weekend. Do you know why? Because my parents took me to Beijing, I heard that Beijing is the capital of the People's Republic of China. Beijing is China's second largest city in terms of population, after Shanghai.
First, we went to the Great Wall. Wow! How stately the Great Wall was! We took so many photos, played there for a while. We had Beijing roast duck for lunch. It was so nice!
I will give you a present. It is a toy. I hope you like it.
