天然氣使用承諾書范文
篇一：燃氣使用承諾書
為了維持正常生產(chǎn)作業(yè)秩序，保障人員生命和財產(chǎn)安全。我單位根據(jù)開發(fā)區(qū)安監(jiān)部門要求，針對使用燃氣的各用戶（單位），需做出以下承諾。
1、用戶不得使用不合格燃氣器具。
2、管線、閥門、灶具等設施做到無破損、無漏氣、無損壞安全可靠靈活好用。灶具周圍不得存放易燃易爆物品，定期對灶具周圍油脂污垢進行清理。
3、灶具軟管不得超過2米。灶前不得隔墻安裝，軟管使用年限不得超過2年。
4、我單位檢查必須積極配合，如有安全隱患，因立即停止使用，并及時按照相關(guān)部門規(guī)定進行隱患整改，整改完畢后方可使用。
5、如因不規(guī)范使用燃氣導致的一切安全事故及其經(jīng)濟損失和法律責任由承諾人員(單位)自行承擔。

根據(jù)北京市政府《關(guān)于加強室內(nèi)燃氣設施安全管理的.通告》精神，為了避免因?qū)魞?nèi)燃氣設施的私接亂改而造成安全隱患及安全事故，本人保證做到：
According to theauthorized by Beijing municipal government, and in order to avoid hidden factors of accidents caused by reconstruction of the indoor natural gas pipe or meters without permission, I promises to do as follow:

Do not relocate and seal indoor natural gas pipeline and facilities.
�。常_須拆除、改裝、遷移、安裝燃氣管道、熱水器時，應請具有相應資質(zhì)的燃
氣安裝、維修資質(zhì)的企業(yè)或個人拆改、遷移、安裝燃氣管道和設施。
If it is necessary to dismantle, refit, relocate, or install natural gas pipeline and water heater, only licensed companies or / and technicians are authorized to carryout the above works.
４．自覺抵制盜用正規(guī)企業(yè)名義進行欺詐活動的非法“小廣告”，以免上當受騙，
造成安全事故。
In order to avoid damages, reject unlawful ‘small advertisements’ which pretending the name of other normal enterprises.
５．使用合格的燃氣灶具、熱水器。
Only use the qualified natural gas stove and water heater.
